Since the Company was formed, consultancy work has been carried out in a wide range of waste management activities for local authority and private sector clients.

  • Interim Management for the Recycling Operation the Council’s street cleansing service on behalf of the London Borough of Haringey
  • A review of the Special Collection Service for the London Borough of Camden
  • The provision of Interim Management and Project Management Support for Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council
  • The provision of support during the review of service provision for municipal waste collections for the London Borough of Bromley
  • The undertaking of NI195 surveys for North Norfolk District Council on behalf of Norse Commercial Services Ltd
  • Provision of a Municipal Waste Strategy and Construction and Demolition waste advice and support for the Wornington Green Regeneration Project in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
  • A review of the Commercial Waste Collection Service for the London Borough of Camden
  • Preparing of the tender documents for the waste contract for the New Spitalfields Market in Leyton on behalf of the City of London Corporation
  • Provision of a further review of the City’s waste collection services, looking specifically at the possibilities for increasing the efficiency within the service on behalf of the City of London Corporation
  • The producing of a user-friendly ‘tender essentials’ guidance document, providing support for regional recycling and waste company tendering, for either public or private waste management contracts on behalf of Envirolink Northwest
  • Provision of support in planning a new flats recycling service for Waste Watch and East London Waste Authority (ELWA)
  • Provision of the contract review and future procurement process for Forest of Dean District Council
